Beautifully prepared food inclusive of a hors d'œuvre of dips and herbed Turkish Bread, a clean and understated elegance, and attentive staff-remembering that our waiters are probably fasting for Ramadan. “ Lovely, friendly restaurant with great staff. We were greeted with staff opening the door for us and we managed to get a table despite not booking. We were given the normal menu's at lunch and then had to ask for a lunch menu, but this was then immediately presented. Food was freshly cooked and the bread and dips a lovely entrée to the starters. Both the starters and mains were delicious and the right amount of food so we were full but not uncomfortable. The owner was friendly and made a real effort with our son and gave him extra sweets at the end of the meal - Turkish delights, his favourite. Sittingbourne needs more restaurants like this to help lift the town and I'm so pleased we have Galata as a great option to go to. I highly recommend this restaurant to all. ”
